Hydraulic bench compensation

Standard at Yawei, optional with certain manufacturers, this type of compensation offers a multitude of advantages in terms of precision and maintenance due to its design. Yawei now perfectly masters the manufacture of this type of crowning, which is perfectly waterproof and requires no special maintenance (5-year guarantee on this system). The main advantages are in terms of precision and maintenance. Now available in “Dynamic” version.

Cylinders & pistons made from forged steel

Forged steel dissipates heat better and is more resistant to wear. It is the most expensive of the steels usable for the manufacture of cylinders, however the long-term advantages are very significant: lower operating temperature, ensuring a greater lifespan for all hydraulic components as well as a increased precision when folding. In addition, the lifespan of the cylinders and the long-term maintenance cost are significantly improved. The pistons are also forged, ground and chrome plated.

8-point ram guidance

This type of design ensures minimal transverse deflection, greater bending precision, significantly increased slide life and additional protection for the cylinder rods.
